These old French-made tool knives don't come up for sale very often. The version with the wrench (like you posted) was made for bicyclists. Pradel was the knife-maker, while Verjoux was a French manufacturer of wrenches and tools. Clearly the wrench-knife was a combined effort on the part of both companies.
