Fred MacOverland 12 in 1 tool.............

Have a couple of these and today found one unused and still in the original box. Trying to find out some info on the company;a California based unit that imported these from Germany probably in the early to mid 1950's.Basically a fisherman's tool that has a knife blade in one handle and a fish scaler/hook disgorger in the other.also features a straight blade screwdriver on one handle end,a small stone for sharpening hooks and other knives,a pair of cutting pliers that also split lead shot for sinkers and a cap lifter in one jaw.all this is fitted in a nice leather belt sheath.All this came to me for $14 US.
Can't find any info on the company but now I have an old address which should help the search.Anyone who ha any info on this company I would appreciate it enormously.
