Size of Leatherman Charge/Wave/Skeletool Pivot Posts? Supplier of such?

Good evening -- I'm trying to figure out the outer diameter size of the pivot posts on all sizes of Leatherman -- I'm curious about the larger Charge/Wave/Skeletool sized tools and the smaller Style/Squirt sized ones.  Thank you for your info!

I'd love to replace the rivets and/or whole post assemblies on several of my tools, and I can't find a supplier for such things -- there has to be a better way than using spare parts/buying used tools!  I'm familiar with knifekits but I'm wondering if someplace like McMaster-Carr or Grainger has what I'm looking for?  Thanks so much in advance -- this is my first post here and I'm looking forward to sharing what I'm up to as soon as it comes together.

As far as I can remember, the Rebar, Wave and Kick use 3/16" plier pivots and 5/32" blade/tool pivots. The Wingman/Sidekick use 5/32" at both ends. Don't know about the Skeletool or the smaller tools, sorry.

The PST is exactly 3/16".
I know because I buggered some of the ends of the fasteners taking it apart, and riveted it with Brass rod, then found I preferred the riveted version: looks good, works perfectly, takes out the last trace of wiggle in the tool, now "personalized".

The wave and surge plier pivots are 7/32 and the tool pivots are 3/16. The tool handle it actually indexed to prevent the pivot from rotating this clumping.

Hiraethus maybe right about the sidekick but I have no way of confirming.

Haha...one of the biggest reasons I know is because I source a bunch of solid carbide drills and end mills for the purpose of drilling tools and accessories to fit into those pivots. When you pay that  much for stuff, you tend to remember what they are :)

So, modding a wingman with a bit holder is unlikely? The bit holder is a hair to big. I was hoping to replace the file & can opener with the bit holder. It would make the perfect tool assortment...

You could try adding a custom brass bushing like hiraethus did when he wanted to put the Wingman pocket clip on a Rebar.

Wasn't the bushing for the Rebar pliers, the tools end should have the same sized pivot.

Which part of the bit driver is too big?

Yeah, Wingman driver and Wave bit holder pivots are the same size.  The tools on the Wingman are thinner than on the Wave - that's probably the issue.

Oh right, so remove the package opener too then?

 thanks for straightening me out, zoidberg... apparently I need more coffee...

EDIT: I have even played around with putting a Wingman package opener in a Wave, so I really should have remembered that the pivots are the same size. This calls for another
