Not that I could do a mod like that, but I guess some details would be nice for the modders to know.

How many layers are you looking for?
Standard tool sets or modded layers?
Will Wenger SS scales be an alternative or do you want custom made Alox scales?

I´m curious!

As a modder, I have to add something here:

Modding is a hobby for most of us. What you do here is something like a tender with a very little effort for yourself. I'm no native speaking guy, so pls pardon me, Sir, I'm not able to answer in a appropriate way. Because, the idea at all is not that bad (you want to have something - and don't want to pay too much), but the taste of what you're doing here is something smurfy.

You can do this smurf in a business environment, but not in a community-site like this here. Why should I care about participating in such a bidding contest. YOU want something to be done. So smurfing ask, who can do it, and go and ask for the prices yourself. And start bargain if you like.

But hey, this is my opinion. If anyone will do this und this conditions, it's not on me to condemn it.

Thaks for helping me define community.  I thought this was craigslist.

I decided to keep both knives as is, so bug off with your rudeness.

Maybe it would be less smurfy in the tools wanted section

I don´t want to heat the discussion.
Maybe Hanksolon did not express his concerns in the best way possible, but pardon hime for not being a native speaker.
I have to agree with him at least partially. No reason to be rude yourself in your answer, even if Hank should have been.

And, even though you decided to keep the SAKs as they are, itr would have been a more interesting thread if you would have shared a few details of the envisioned mod or even posted a pic or two - you know how we are around MTO...

Let's just sit back and relax here.  What Luna Knife is asking for isn't really that bad, but Hank also has a right to say what he likes- that's the beauty of a forum.  We need to remember that things said on the Net are just that and let it roll off of you.

Let's all take a deep breath, relax and start talking about what seems like it might be a really interesting mod.

The best I could do was to combine both Wenger (whose models I don't know) toghether with ducttape. Since the idea was to do it with alox, I'm out...

Prior to making this thread, I PM'd one of the better modders on this forum and recieved no response.

Then I made this thread.

Maybe the alox modded SAK club is something I will never be a part of.  Now I will take my cellidor scaled SAKs and go back to the swiss army forum.

But at least I have a pen, tweezers and a toothpick on my knives

Luna, sorry if you did message me it must have got lost in my inbox.

Putting wenger tools on 93mm vic alox in short, is not easy or a good fit, thats the main problem.

Pliers - I have done this twice and it works OK, but you have to grind a nail nick to have them open and they are still too short and look funny.

Scissors - did this once and wont do it again.  Had to make a really funcky grafted springs rest for them and didnt like it.

Phillips driver - Due to the internal locking mechanism the pivot end is shaped really weird as well as the hole.  Not enough meat on there to fit it correctly.

Wrench - does fit and Ive used that fine

But generally I would say if you were to want alox wenger, it would be easier to make custom alox scales for the wenger than trying to fit those tools on a Vic, its just not a great fit and the labor cost would be more than it was worth.
PM me or email sakmodder [at] gmail . com if you are looking for custom SAK work.
