[TRADED] Used Leatherman PSTII for trade

I would like to trade this used PSTII for a used LM Sidekick in similar condition, with sheath and carabiner it would be nice. The PST II is used but in overall very good condition, all implements are fine and working, the date codes are 0403 for both handles. It has a logo on one side, as in pics. I could evaluate other tools than the Sidekick. Thank you for looking 
Ooops almost forgot... as per forum rules i say a value of about 40USD, but it is merely indicative
