Hi Everybody from New Brunswick, Canada
on: October 30, 2014, 09:44:11 PM
I've lurked for some time now and am a member of many of the popular knife-related forums. Over the last thirty or so years, some form of multi-tool has been in my pocket more often than not. While I've carried at least a dozen pocket knives from different makers like Chris Reeve to full on customs, there's just something about humble Swiss Army knives that always keeps me coming back. Maybe it's the fact most multi-tools tend to be real users and not just "pocket jewelry".

I'm looking forward to spending more time here.

Pete

Well we've been getting beat out lately with the number of aussie members joining up so we need more Canadians!

Welcome aboard!

I think humble SAK can be made into pocket jewelry too, and form and function!

Cheers

Greetings and Welcome.  It seems as tho the SAK has found its way into even the most discriminating of pockets.  I tend to see the hand made customs as art and while I'm sure they are more than capable I really don't see many 1k knives getting dirty.

Glad you found us and look forward to more posts.

Thanks very much guys! After reading what I wrote, I don't want anyone to think I'm knocking pricey knives. I pair my MT with a  Small Sebenza. I just know what one gets the tougher jobs more times than not!

Welcome! If you want to trade that lazy Sebenza for a hard working SAK, let me know!
