I never understood why they didn't include drivers on Freestyle.
Unforgiveable.

Well, it makes it noticeable shorter.

My wife would never exchange the Freestyle on her keyring with my Skeletool, because it´s just that small amount more in length that would ruin the keyring-performance.

And as both versions are available ..... if someone wants the drivers, he can always buy the Skele instead the Freestyle.
Have fun.

Bye,
Michael

Aye.  :D

Well, she´s capable to handling me, and i was not always that sweet and easy as i´m now  ;) - so a freestyle on her keychain is only a minor task.
Have fun.

Aye. But not the pink way.  :D

In my younger years i was a little bit .... "without restraint". She made me the Teddybear i´m now, sometimes grumpy, but now it needs a boatload of bullsmurf to get on the edge enough to start trouble.
Have fun.

Michael

To much work for just a chance, I don't have a skeltool, so I have to sit this out anyway.

You can score a Skelly for like $35 and the prize is not the point of this excercise. We do it for the pain and derived enjoyment of watching others suffer. Or maybe that is just me.
I'm thinking its just a way to get everyone to break out some of the tools that may have gotten dusty.
And ......possibly a touch of sadism

I've never thought to make my freestyle a Keychain attachment... I may have to give it a try.

Michael,
Did she attach freestyle to her keys or she attached her keys to freestyle?

And fixed.

Michael,

Ah the chicken or the egg, a time honored discussion.

Michael,
Did she attach freestyle to her keys or she attached her keys to freestyle?

The keys were first.  :D

But as i do, she also has her keys divided on several keyring setups (home, work, car, ...) that can be combined to whatever is needed, without carrying everything all the time.

So it´s still not to heavy to handle.

A technical question:
Can you carry two skeletool related tools? For instance a skeletool in your pocket and a style on you keychain? Or would that be considered cheating?

Glad the Skeletool arrived ahead of schedule. Also what makes it more interesting is you will be using a rebar right up to the challenge begin, what a contrast in tool load out..

Been doing some thinking about this multi tool situation. I know who around here does that right?

There are some tools that I use almost everyday and some that are once every week or so. Then we have stuff like the can opener that don't see much use but when needed it is nice that they are there. Of course nobody likes to talk about them red headed step children that never see the light of day. Looking at you corkscrew and mini driver.

What I am trying to get at is while Little Boy has a awesome set of tools that I actually like. Day in and day out I find myself using the screwdrivers and knife over and over.

Will be interesting to see how much I miss the rest during the SKTC month.

Amen, most people use knife & drivers most often, which Skeletool offers.

Why don't you enter the Challenge, and sell it after?
I am sure more members will want one after.
This challenge will boost up the popularity of Skeletool, or destroy it.
