Please, please, please never put yourselves through the misery of ordering from the above retailer.
I ordered an esee 3 from them and have had nothing but trouble, no contact from them and then when I enquired about it they told me I wasn't in and therefore they cancelled my order...total rubbish.
Dont take my word for it read the reviews on trustpilot.I have had to report to trading standards and threaten police involvement to get a refund.Sorry for a negative type post but I need to vent.

No worries- companies need to learn that they sink or swim based on how well they look after their customers.

This should probably be in feedback though.  One of the mods will be along shortly to help.
