Credit to you for dealing with this is such a calm way. Photos = multitools, sounds good. Also nice that you have struck up a good relationship via email, sounds like a good website, I wonder if they ship to the UK.......

Nice!!!! Can't wait to see what you picked. See what I did there??
Guess what I got in the mail today ... Here's the BO Rebar they gave me to make things right, no need to say that I'm over the moon with this generous gift. For your information, the BO Rebar is not available in the local shops here, they only have the stainless Rebar and this one costs about 88 Euro, and a BO one would surely go for about 10 Euro more than the stainless one, that is if you could get your hands on one through the Belgian dealers, so a very nice gift indeed .Looks like this story gets a happy ending, and I would like to thank the webshop for setting things right. I'm not the first person here to have his pics stolen on the net, but I do think I'm the first one to get an apology and a free tool out of it.So, once more, respect for the webshop for the way they handled this, I know they gained at least one new customer with this .
That is simply awesome! But 90 Eur for a Rebar ?!?! You could pick 3-4 of those on eBay, new with or without packaging. So how do our fellow Belgians and other heavily taxed Europeans source their share of multi-tools and other EDC stuff from outside EU, these days?
You deserve that BO Rebar TG. Enjoy your new toy
I'm a little late to this thread but better late than never.LOLI've read all pages and do believe TG-24 that you deserve the Rebar they sent to you and more. From the very first time I viewed your pictures I knew they were special. If I remember correctly the word I used was magnificent. You must take a great deal of time, preparation and skill to produce such pictures and you deserve the recognition.Congratulations brother.
