Skinth solutions PayPal down?

Hello all,

Being that it would probably be a shot in the dark to get a skinth L-shield used, I went to patiently order one from the website. Apparently the transaction keeps coming with an error, and i cannot determine why because I frequently use PayPal for online purchases on multiple sites. Any advice or help? Or has this happened to others as well?

Yes, it happened to me a few times. Sometimes it takes a day to start working again.
