I do! I loved some much that it made me buy a second Surge when I wore out the first one. They are great tools.

There are also some changes that will go unnoticed by most on the handles.  The plier head is the ST300 head and is great if you cut a ton of wire, the eye glass drive ( I like the eye glass driver ), the rubber/rubber thingy on the scissors, the blade exchanger has the tension spring ( reduces rattle ).

Lock release is raised a bit to aid depressing the lock with gloves, the cutout on the scale is larger lower to aid in OHO of blades, at the plier end the tool is rounded vs the old surge was more angular. 


IMO the plier head was a nice improvement and the tension spring on the blade exchanger is nice.

I have no issue with the Old Surge at all.  The blades are a little wiggly in the exchanger but I've never had an issue with them coming out.  Mine came very well used and the exchanger doors detent was starting to open on its own.  I fixed it no problem and now its totally fine. 


If you dont cut a bunch of stuff then the 154 wire cutters wont make a difference.  I like the precision driver so for me it was a loss on the new Surge.
