I know kwik set or some company of the sorts sells add able thumb knob but they are usually designed for a buck 110. So they would catch everything in my pocket on a Skeletool.The additional cordage on the bottle opener of my skeletool is just for looks.....plus an additional 18" of paracord will never hurt an EDC.
