B&W MUT Days.
on: December 19, 2014, 01:26:12 PM
Here are a few shots of my motorcycle companion...the MUT. Why is this my motorcycle companion you might ask? I love the two longer double ended bits which allow me to get into places I just can't with the short and stubby double ended Leatherman bits. The MUT is one ingeniously designed tool with no wasted space. Everything has a place and a function. The storage of the two longer bits is intelligent and works very well. There is even a space for an extra smaller bit on the side, or place the one given to you whilst using the V cutter. Big, and capable. You will even find neat and useful uses for the firearms pin and carbon scrapper. I also love how the plier heads have two screw holes that will fit most OTIS cleaning tools...increasing the usefulness of this tool. A brass gun cleaning brush makes the perfect battery terminal cleaner.

Very cool pictures.

I have to agree by being a very versatile bike tool. I keep a Crunch with the limited motorcycle tools combined with a whole heap of 1/4" bits. This month I am using the MUT as my EDC as part of the Skelle Challenge. The MUT has got more kms on that all my other tools combined.  :D

I include some pics of my new bike, only 3 days old.

Cheers,

Pete
