Any clues to this lighter?
on: January 16, 2015, 02:08:39 PM
I found this lighter on the street over a year ago.

It seems very robust, works brilliantly, is refillable, uses very little fuel, and (despite me having found it) seems ahrd to lose!

The only make I can see on it is 'Dora' and my googlefoo hasn't turned anything up.

Anyone shed any light from this picture?

Thanks in advance for any info.  :salute:

The good news is, that it looks like a design I've seen before. The bad news is... I can't remember where.  :bnghd:
I'll take a look at some "suspects" in a while and see if I can come up with a manufacturer. :)

Well, the webshop where I'd usually look for this kind of thing, has apparently stopped selling lighters.  :ahhh

I did however, find something on Amazon. Might help you a bit. :)

I think I have one.

Bought it at the local cigar shop, lady told me it had fluid in it and I was rushing. Still haven't used it -_-

I'm sure I've seen something similar on Dealextreme.  The one I've seen could easily be a knock-off of a better lighter, though I've actually been pleasantly surprised with the quality of cheap jet lighter I've gotten from them myself.
