I just a bit of GMM's 600th show celebration. Rhett tries to open a satchel of acid and demands scissors.
Being the LM Noob that I am (only owning my trusty PST2)  , could someone tell me if that's a Charge or a Surge? For me it looks like the scissors are in the outmost layer, which screams "Surge"  !
