Custom modified 84mm SAK

??? Is it correct to assume that the 84mm SAK Cellidor knife parts (blades, tools, springs and etc) can be used in a custom 84mm with Alox scales, with the exception being tools like the corkscrew, which interfere with the alox scales cannot be used?

I believe that's true, though it is possible to put back-side tools on an Alox knife if you're prepared to cut the scale away:

84 mm Alox with Wenger scissors and back tools hidden 4th pin.

Yes. It's easy especially if you use brass pins rather torn screws.

If you want to use any backside tools in an Alox frame, you have to use a hidden 4th pin to keep the backtool springs in place.

Are there torx screws that can be used if one reams/drills the holes on the 84mm or is it not recommended?

You can buy 1/8" diameter barrel pivots and torx screws to suit (from knifekits.com in the US) if you're prepared to drill all the tools springs and liners out. Otherwise you'll have to make your own pivots and source screws from somewhere local. I use M2 for pioneer mods but I've bought some M1.6 to try on thinner pins.
