too much play on my juice's rivet

Hi guys. My juice had much play on the plier's rivet; i solved it with pressing it with lrofessional press which i have in my job.
I have nothing against corkscrew, i'm Italian!!

Yup, with use they can develop play in the pliers pins. I've had to repin my SC2 in the past too.

I think i Will do For my Pulse Too! The wiggle is much and with the right pressure of the press, i can eliminate it at 100%. I must be careful cause the press is able to load 20 tons

I'd be careful with the Pulse. It uses screws, not rivets. Have you tried tightening the screws first?

To the juice i tighened the rivet of the jaws, not of the other tool! The big rivet of the plier. I'm gonna to do the same For the pulse

We designed and built a 500 tonne press at the first engineering company I worked at, for straightening 16" diameter forged bar. I think that would be much more appropriate for "fixing" a Leatherman Juice  >:D

I work in official KTM delear, For our needs 20tons press its more than enough

I fix that problem little more easily  ;) : few bumps of centre punch for remove rivet's gap and few bumps of drift punch for the alignment of a surface   :salute:
