I guess I have to be the one to ask why?Why would you put a scandi ground blade on a folder than can't take advantage of the thick strong grind? But then, I've never been a huge fan of scandi grinds. Give me full flat grind for cutting.

Also, while yes it is not a fixed blade, but I am willing to blade that folder will be able to take advantage of the grind just fine.Nate

You either get an edge too thick for most work or an edge so thin it wears away or chips ridiculously easily. Besides that, you have to take off a huge amount of steel from the blade every time you want to sharpen it.The common refrain from people who use scandi grinds is "put a microbevel on it!" which hey, means it's no longer a scandi grind.
I don't like the looks of this one...
Scandinavian grinds are easiest to sharpen with little experience. Just a flat stone.Lesser steels match this philosophy.
Cool! Thanks Goute! It about the size of my SOG Vulcan. Prefect size for me as an EDC blade. So how do you like it as far as using it goes?
