Hi All,

I am new to the forum. I have been carrying a mini folding pliers + screwdrivers multitool for years now. It has been great but I need to add a bigger tool to the rotation. So I came here for research.

Welcome! You've come to the right place. You won't find bigger tools anywhere else in the interweb...

Hi and welcome  :waving:  :2tu:

Having heard from the Leatherman and Gerber factions, have you considered a Victorinox? Or one of the big,mad Wenger/Delemont Rangers?
There is no beginning,or ending, and for this we are thankful, cos now is hard enough to understand!

Hello good sir,

Did I hear you wanting to buy a Victorinox SwissTool Spirit X?

It's a bit like a Swiss army knife with proper pliers, or a Gerber that doesn't rattle  or a rustproof Leatherman  ::)

Welcome from Australia! The Swiss Tools are a great option If you don't need the jaws to open too wide, the Surge is a great Heavy Duty all rounder, if you get all the surge accessories it can be probably out perform any other MT on the market IMO.
