Thanks for posting.  I like seeing how such items are constructed.  It is beyond my present capability with tools on hand, but I might try something like this in the future.  I'm going to try his method of cutting curved corners next time.  I've been using a pointed pruning blade and cutting curves with less than stellar results.

 :gimme:I want one for a Surge! Dude is talented! I may have to try a crude attempt at making one. All of my nylon pouches have all had the Velcro quit working and had to have a snap put on them. I like the new Leather one, but it doesn't hold any bits.
