Not bad. You could enlarge the pivot hole and hang it like a key.

I think that the combotool would make a nice keychain tool. I wonder if the rear of the bottle opener could be turned into a 2D Philips.

Combo tool or bottle opener, ok. The blade or can opener seem a little dangerous and prone to tear through your pockets.
