Victorinox Swisstool
on: April 01, 2015, 02:52:06 PM
G'day,

Looking for expressions of interest to trade my Victorinox.

I have had this tool for around 20 years and due to the fact that I just don't use it and haven't used it for probably 10 yrs is why I am looking at a possible trade.

The tool itself still functions beautifully and all tools themselves are intact bar one. Which I believe was a small/medium flat driver that I snapped while misusing it.

I would be most interested in a trade for a Leatherman OHT in preferably black.

Here is a pic of my Victorinox

I will get around to posting some more pics tomorrow and please note that this multitool is located in Australia. Posting overseas is no problem.

Cheers

Just giving this a bump in case anyone missed it. Might just try and sell it on eBay if no luck here.

Why don't you send it in for warranty then trade or sell it...

Don't have a OHT, but have an original Supertool, a Rebar and a PST.  I've always wanted to try the Swiss tool!

Victorinox has a really good lifetime warranty! I sent in an old Swiss Tool with broken tool locks, 2 snapped screwdrivers, broken file and chipped blade. They sent me a brand new one in box with new sheath. I only paid for shipping it to them, about $7.

Wow! Not bloody bad.

Might be the go then. I never use it so having it sent away for any period of time for repairs won't bother me.

Thanks
