Smileys that exist but down show up in the editor or the [more] link?

Occasionally, I see smileys that don't appear in the editor or the [more] link.  Example:
Is there a complete list of smileys available somewhere?

We have loads of them, and having them all displayed would fill the reply window and leave no room for the actual text.
