Did leatherman ever make a wave with a cap crimper? that might be a pretty cool tool to own

Was just gonna answer yes in BO.  I don't know if there was a SS one ever produced tho  :think: however I doubt it.

As previously mentioned...yes they did make a stainless steel version and a black oxide version. When I got mine, I was able to buy them from an American dealer. On their web page it clearly stated...to be sold to US military personnel only. I thought I was very fortunate in getting them sent to Canada.
