SOG Powerlock S60S-N
on: April 22, 2015, 08:55:36 AM
Finally got myself a Powerlock from an online retailer. Nicely finnished tool but...
Thought I was getting the socket driver and scissors as pictured on flea bay however I ended up with the Fine edge blade, a separate serrated blade instead of the combo blade, 2 extra plastic spacers and none of the above.

Anyone know what your supposed to get on a S60S-N? I can't find it on the SOG website. If this wasn't my 5th SOG I probably wouldn't be too bothered but I have been after these two items for a while and decided on yet another SOG MT instead of forking out what seems like a lot for the parts only and international postage.

Can I be bothered complaining to the retailer? It does say S60S-N on the box, but is clearly not quite as pictured. It was a good price. But now seems a case of too good to be true.

Will provide pics at a later.

I don't know SOG MTs but shouldn't the flat driver be over with the phillips and have they stopped using hex heads?

Depends on the layout. Sadly they stopped using hex heads some time ago.
