Our own kirk13 did a review on this knife last year.http://forum.multitool.org/index.php?topic=52596.0
To me, it's a solution to a non existent problem. Aside form it being ugly, it's too heavy for a knife with just a single function one blade. It's bulky. And it's over priced. If I'm gong someplace where I can't have a locking folder, I'll just carry a SAK. A recruit, a tinker, a spartan, or even a small Leatherman that doesn't have a locking blade. A Squirt, a Micra. There's just too many better alternatives to pick if I'm worried abut local laws. If I want a world legal knife that is capable of heavy work, I'd just get a Buck 301 or 303 stockman.
I think the problem runs deeperThe back-spring is so strong it could be ruled "locking" at least in the spirit of the law. I also can open it one handed... apart from that its a hefty/heavy, scary locking knife. The weird blade shape also does not make it a utilitarian knife (you can't have a reason to carry this knife as its blade is only good at eye gouging).I use it around the house sometimes, but mostly as scratching prying tool, rather than a knife. Once I used it to get a hundred staples out of wooden boards. That's the task this knife is made for
I wouldn't mind checking it out if it starts to travel.

Man, that might be the most depressing combo I can think of! A non locking folder and...ugh....a wingman. *shudders*I still think I like the blade on the World Legal knife, maybe I'm alone in this and I've never actually held one, but to me it looks usable.

Not a fan of that model at all. I think many more suitable options have been offered.Little off topic question on the Opinel. Are they UK legal, assuming a shorter blade length model, considering it has the locking ring? I'd find it amazing if an officer made a fuss over an Opie. Or SAK for that matter.
