Quickest Access/Fastest Withdrawl (of tools) EDC bag?

Alright yall, I'm halfway through my first finals week and I've had a lot of time to think considering my teachers won't let me leave after an exam.

Anyways, I've been carrying my zippered binder/cacoon EDC setup and I love the organization but can't stand how long it takes to retrieve something.

I want an organizer bag that has the "fastest grabbing ability"

As in; maybe 1 zipper then boom there it is ready for my to grab.

So far I've used a BDU wallet, a Military issue FAK, and a RiteintheRain Notebook cover. All have worked well. They just aren't fast enough.

It doesn't need to be a backpack or hip bag, just an organizer, I semifollow Kokkolis' idea of "move from one bag to another" with my EDC items.

Any suggestions? Current and past setups;
