Unknown Japanese SAK look a like

Japanese SAK look a like, PAT.P inscribed on scissors. Slightly crude in the manufacturing, looks as though it has been done by hand, great steel though. Any thoughts? I can't find anything

it looks like a chinese crap... made with " pigonium " steel  :rofl:
