Not really sure if new, but it's the first I heard of it.

Link?

Good idea. I would not like them if they only came in that style as I hate the vertical pocket, but i'm interested.

From an online shop, Huckberry.

https://huckberry.com/

Took some ideas from them. Got very cool stuff, although a bit €xp€n$iv€...

Yeah, but you can always send the mails to spam... Although I don't really mind, I've seen some great products there and some ideas for DIY projects.

I'm stubborn and the simple fact that they force you to sign up for email just to access the website would keep me for ever buying anything from them.  Still looks like a great idea though.

Damn website will not let me access unless I sign up for emails.

That's ridiculous.  It reminds me of one of the PBS cooking shows.  Free recipes on line, but they require you to sign up on their website and take a physical subscription to their magazine!  Sure it's free in the beginning, but no thanks.  What a scam.

Same here.

Also, if you don't vertically pocket carry, how else do you pocket carry?

You read my post wrong. It has nothing to do with the knife. I do not like the "cut" of the pocket. It is almost like a dress pant pocket that is vertical and you come in from the side. I like jeans pockets to be horizontally cut. Hope that makes sense.  :tu:

Yeah I gotcha, simply put; you don't like hipster pants

I didn't even notice the pocket seam angle, I'm not sure I'd like it.

I didn't know that had to do with being a hipster. I thought the only requirement for hipster jeans was them being tight.  Goes to show how much I follow these things.

I don't follow either, just observe.

There were 13 boys and 12 girls in my College Chem. Class this summer. Me and my lab partner (his name is Thor, very very awesome dude, known him since middle school, he is also a Para - Rescue and is into EDC forums) and we would make bets daily on who had a knife with them.

We would also take track of who had a CCW and obvious EDC bags.

(You get REALLY bored in chemistry these days, we couldn't even use bunsen burners)

With a name like Thor he is automatically awesome! I always try to spot peoples knives or CCW.   :tu:

My king gee workwear shorts have had this styling for a few years. You will eventually rip them but it makes carrying anything with a clip that much easier.
