Max case

Looking at getting a Maxpedition case, want to carry the following in it and need help finding the right one.

My wave or charge tti
fisher space pen
bit kit
four sevens quark tactical 1x cr123

that's about it

also another idea is all the above plus
a spot to store my Samsung s5 in an otter-box
bic lighter

After carrying a fire dept radio and pager, plus my lm and ruger lc9, pocket knife, samsung s5 on a holster and my flashlight i am sort of running out of room. I would like to condense some of the stuff in to one or two sheaths. As in the above all together. That way I just have my fire dept stuff, pocket knife and my pistol to carry separate.

Would appreciate any and all help!!
