Alright, I had to delete what I wrote or I might of been charged with mass internet sexual harassment. 

I'm a righty and wear on my left wrist facing out like the rest of the non psychopathic people in the world.

I'm right handed, wear my watch on the left wrist facing in. I wear it facing in because that was good enough for Robert Mitchum, so it's good enough for me. Mitchum was cool!

Right handed, wear it on the inside of my left wrist. This way I don't have to turn my arm to read it,  and I can read it easily while playing guitar (it's my living). I started wearing it this way when I was much younger when I broke a couple of crystals while working various labour jobs, and I found the added benefits later.

I rarely wear a watch, but when I do, its left/outside with me being right-handed.

I wear it on the right hand, which is the left hand. And turning the wrist is considered feminish in my stuborn and regressive homeland, so it is on the outside, which is more comfortable by the way.

Right handed, inside right wrist. When I wear a watch. Which is rare. Sometimes I wear it on my belt. I used to strip the band off and wear it on a neck lanyard.

More likely to not have one as my phone works for that, and I seem to be cursed to be surrounded by clocks and computers when I'm inside and in my car. When I'm in the woods, I use my stomach and the sun to tell me what time it is.

Who's kidding, I have so many watches I have to debate what I'm going to wear day to day.

Not really, solos are usually timed by the number of bars or verses/choruses or direction from the band leader. While teaching private lessons it's handy for giving everyone the right amount of time on each topic. While in band practices it's handy for pacing what we need to work on. I have been known to use the sweep second hand as a sort of metronome to help count in at the right tempo, i.e., a second or two can be counted as any length of note including triplets, giving a wide range of possible tempos...you need to be good at math.

But for me it would be: "Left handed, wears watch on left, outside of wrist".

On some very rare occasions I will turn the watch to the inside of my wrist, for example when I'm doing something with a lot of risk of damaging my watch when it's on the outside of my wrist, or when my wife is driving and I'm sitting next to her and the sunlight is reflecting from my watch into her eyes.  Never had this problem with my Suunto Core watches, but with my Casio's on the other hand... (no pun intended  ).
