Looking at what NIB Toolclips have actually sold for on ebay.com (US) recently, a couple have gone for U$41-42.00, with another for $87.53

Some sellers were more ambitious with their asking prices, but haven't actually sold.

There are currently two on offer on ebay, one at $20.00 and another at $35.00 but bidding hasn't finished yet.

No, the ones I looked at and reported on for you were ALL FULL SIZE ToolClips, not the smaller MICRO ToolClips (I know the difference)      

Try this search on ebay.com for yourself and you'll see the full size ToolClips in amongst the micro's (try it with "sold listings" to see actual sale prices) :
