Finished this last night, carrying it today. So far it feels ok.
I've got too many cards in it right now (9 "regular" credit card size + 7 thinner business-card-like). They're pretty snug but I'll probably need to make a second version with a smaller/tighter card pocket and a larger money flap, so it covers more of the bills.
As it is, neither the cash (4 bills) or cards are going anywhere but it can (and will) be improved.
The leather is quite smooth and malleable. I might try another type of leather on the pfrWallet 2.0.
Had some minors issues with the stitching holes in the back of it. I was punching through 3 layers of leather and it moved slightly out of place. I'll build a simple wood press to keep it in place next time.
