pocket sheath for SwissChamp

Not a belt sheath.  Just something thin to keep the scales nice.

Suggestions?
PM me if you want one of my kidneys for your SOG TiNi multitool.

OK, both my kidneys.

You could make a slip out of shrinkwrap  :tu: or a slip out of thin material, ive made these for smaller pocket knives from glove fingers  :D

Use the back pocket from an old pair of jeans.

That's a pretty good idea. I like blue jeans material. Make you a nice little pouch with draw string closure :tu:

So many closure options with the pocket.  It has a front and back pocket area  as well as middle deep area.

I've been experimenting with making pocket slips from t-shirt material.  The stretchiness means you can make it really snug-fitting.  When double-layered it feels like it should provide sufficient protection from scratchy keys and coins.

Not that I've tried it but I would think t-shirt material would not hold up very well.

There's a thread somewhere about using shrink tube to make cocoons for SAKs...

Yes that remains to be seen.  I've still got serviceable t-shirts from over 20 years ago though, so I think it has a chance.

Try a front pocket holster like for a Ruger LCP. This will reduce the "print" and hide the fact that you are carrying something -- there are many different types of pocket holsters and one may fit your needs.

Victorinox makes one too. 4.0740 in the catalogue. It says up to 7 layers many places, but I guess that refers to the large CyberTool (which is thicker than a SwissChamp), since the Vic catalogue explicitly says 4.0740 is supposed to fit the champ.
