The Newest Randall.

This is the Randall Model 28.It was announced about 5 years ago and I just received it today.

Randall describes this as a drop point hunter with a full tang construction.

The specs are as follows:

4.5" blade made from 3/16 stainless steel stock.

Handle is 4 1/4" micarta in the border patrol style.

Thanks Mike.

It really feels good in the hand and even though it is a full tang design it's light.

It also makes a good companion to the much larger Model 14.

I may have the shop create a sheath to hold two knives.Now to decide which two.

Maybe the Model 28 and this Randall Buxton Fighter.

These Randalls are made like few other knives.For instance,they forge their blades from bar stock where most knife makers use the stock removal method.
