What Would You Do Warranty Question

So I sent in a Black Style PS for warranty because of a broken scissor spring... in the mail today they sent me a RED Style PS... obviously the same toolset and everything however, I didn't purchase a RED Style PS and much prefer Black...

How would you proceed, or is it even worth it?

Very honestly probably just a mistake.  I would just call customer service and tell them warranty sent you the wrong color, they'll be happy to get you the one you want.

No they won't.


Same exact thing happened to me but I recieved a blue one. They have the choice to replace the tool with ANY color they have on hand. You cannot request a certain color and they do not have to give you the color you sent in. I was told I was out of luck if I wanted a different color.

Yea. That's just my experience and what I was told when I called about it.
