Camping with my grandsons

I made a PVC framed pickup truck tent what better way to test it out than to take my Grandsons on a overnight camping trip. We are staying at a park that's about ten miles from home. There's lots of shade good thing it's supposed to get up to 108 today. We will making fires without matches or lighters, cooking over coals, fishing that's what the boys are doing now and lots of swimming intact the boys just informed me we are going for a night swim after dark. Here are some pix of my truck condo. ;-)

Ah, just finished dinner burp. Bread and hotdogs roasted over the fire. Letting it settle before we make smores.
