Can't get a hold of Nitecore

I'm trying to get a response from Nitecore to get my new flashlight fixed. I emailed service@nitecore.com and info@nitecore.com with no response. Anybody have some advice?

Where did you buy it? Have you tried contacting the seller?

This is one problem with buying from companies that operate out of China and do not have a location in the states. You could call, but it would be to China and if you have to send it in it will be to China as well.

As mentioned above I think contacting the Vendor is a good idea.

The vendor replied. Still it's a bit weird for a company not to respond to a warranty claim right?

Not really. Sadly email is hit or miss a lot of times. I have personally been "ignored" multiple times when emailing a company about a warranty claim. Combine that with it being a Chinese company and its not very far fetched. It should not happen, but does.

A lot of them leave the warranty claims to the vendors. Easier for the company to deal with vendors than individual customers.
And also logical. If you buy a car and it breaks down. You're gonna take it to the dealership, not the manufacturer.

Well, I am still waiting for Boker, in Germany, to reply to my emails sent to their official email, on their website, over 4 years ago....
I just have not bought any of their products since; their loss.
