From the size, I'd have to be inclined to say Super Tool as well.

But, according to Leatherman's timeline, the Super Tool wasn't introduced until 1994.   

The only full-sized Leatherman available in 1993 was the PST.   The only other theory is that Leatherman supplied a Super Tool prototype as a prop, but chances of that are slim.

I would say PST all the way. The size does not look like a ST to me.
