Looks more like Brass to me, but I'll go with Copper  :D

Orange, probably. The other two options aren't flagrantly erroneous.

Gold is more yellow. That`s Vic copper which is sand-coloured, the +B copper is very coppery.

If you adj the saturation up till the red looks correct, the other looks like copper to me.

Left to right : +B Copper, Vic copper, Vic (Bugnard) gold.
Even allowing for differences in colour transmission/ambient light your knife is closest to my Vic copper, which is slightly worn but not that much. Yours is definitely not gold.

GigaHz wanted to have a serious discussion about SAK colours, which is totally legit.

In an unfortunate attempt to admit my ignorance in a humorous manner, I called that gibberish and kept spamming despite having said I wouldn't go on. I can see how this can be irritating.

But I would say that khaki has less red in it and goes towards yellow/olive (khaki), what you have is tan according to Wikipedia Shades of Brown
Personally, I might call it starbucks-coffee-brown or for the older milk-coffee with a sprinkle of cinnamon :D

According to the fabulous "Name that Color" its called "Cape Palliser" :think:
