All in all, I have suffered from chronic neck and upper back pain for a few years and ended up hooked on the pain meds. Went and did a 30 something day treatment. So as of 07/29/15 I am sober!JoshIts tough isn't it. I'm currently the same on my pain meds but there's no real alternative at the moment Glad your fighting for again mate Sent from my K013 using Tapatalk

I worry about the addiction and so I use an inversion table plus core strengthening and stretches. Honestly my neck is getting worse while my back is at a manageable level. Good luck Mike on finding an alternative or something that can be paired with the meds. It sucks to wake in pain and know the day will be more of the same so all the best gents.
Thanks again guys! Been staying super busy in healthy ways. Sorry I haven't been online!Josh
