I'm possibly looking for a Vic Super Tinker. I have a Tinker to swap for it. Anybody have one?

I'm able to get them pretty easily and cheaply (5$ last I checked). But they are used and are confiscated or lost goods and some people frown on that.

Where do you usually get them from? I don't mind rough around the edge sak's.

My apologies for responding late I get them from my state surplus store. I should also mention for both parties it would be cheaper if I bought the items and mailed them to you since that place has common SAKs coming out the wazoo(that and I already have way too many tinkers in my house).
