I bought one the same from a local secondhand shop a few months ago.

Ax /Mora combo arrived and it was a nice KJE Mora!!


The sheaths were once attached...


Looks good, needs cleaning and sharpening ...the ax head is a bit loose and epoxied on top so I'll have to crack that out and figure out a wedge or something. Hate to replace the orig handle till I have to....

Any advice on tightening the handle?

Thanks bud! I'll have to wait till the weather cools a little and I perk up a bit. Can probably get that epoxy out with a big screwdriver. It would take half a day to find a proper chisel in all of Dad's tools.

Before you attack the epoxy you could try soaking the head/handle in linseed oil/white sprit, it might swell the wood  :tu:

I must say, the skateboard and window wiper/squeegee amongst the wood debris are throwing me for a loop  :rofl:
