New Guy from PA
on: October 14, 2015, 12:37:36 AM
New Guy from Central PA. I've had a knife since grade school & a SAK since I can remember and have an original Leatherman , both collections have grown along with other knives. I've already read some cool posts ,
then remembered I should introduce myself...

Sporterized MAS36 by golden state arms , likes to be loaded hot before it shoots good though.

Welcome aboard

How old is your "original Leatherman" (I'm guessing it is a PST) ?

Solving problems you didn't know you had in the most obscure way possible

"And now, it's time to hand this over to our tame race axe driver. Some say, he can live in the forest for six months at a time without food, and he knows of a secret tribe of only women where he is their God. All we know is, he's call the Styx!" - TazzieRob

Interesting looking sporterizing job on that MAS.  Like the new bolt handle.  It's an odd rifle to do a job like that on, though for over 40 years my father's "beater" utility rifle is an M91 Mannlicher Carcano carbine that he sporterized himself.  When it comes to strange military rifles, the Carcano is one I think is unfairly thought of as junk.  I get that from Dad, between he and I we have four of the suckers, including one rebarreled to 7.62x39 Russian.
