I've been around for a little while, bought a couple of things and made a couple of trades with some very fine folk here, all of which have gone smoothly and been great - but never quite got around to saying hello.

I always thought Victorinox was all about red plastic handled penknives, like I'd had since I was young. Why would you want a metal one? I bought something called a 'Farmer' out of curiosity, about this time last year. Big mistake ! Many models and many colours later, I am loving the Alox.

I mainly collect Alox knives without keyrings, so if you suddenly find you have one that is looking for a new home . . . . . ;)
