The Multitool.org Charter Membership was designed to allow members the opportunity to support this site and get a few extra perks as well. So far, it's been quite a success, and I'd like to thank everyone who has taken part.
For those who are considering it, or are at least curious, here is what's involved.
Annual membership is $30.00 US, and the easiest way is through Paypal to
admin@def-it.com and make sure to include your full name and address, as well as your forum username. This price is good worldwide, so anyone outside of the US need not add any extra. Members will receive a membership package that includes a Multitool.org branded lapel pin and screwdriver set. This is our way of saying Thank You for joining up and supporting the site. In addition, Charter Members will also get advance notice of any projects that we are doing, including hats, shirts, special run tools or other merchandise, as well as special pricing on them. It's not hard to imagine any Charter Member not making their $30 membership fee back in savings over the course of a year!
Charter Members will also be given access to a special forum for information on anything that pertains to them.
