[HELP]Need a book forwarded to me in AUS from Amazon US

Hi all,

(Mods, I hope this is ok to ask here, if not my apologies).

Hoping a US forum member might be willing to assist with me purchasing a book for a friend of mine. I can't find it locally, and most of the international options want to change me $50 or more for postage

I'd like to buy it new from seller 'dennym777' ($16 + $3.99 shipping). However, the seller won't ship to Australia.

Would someone be willing to help me out with getting this? I'd pay you via paypal for costs of the book + postage to you + postage to me (whatever the cheapest USPS option is, as long as it is here before Christmas) and something for your trouble also.

Apologies all, it looks like the one and only ebay offer I'd made on this (which was initially knocked back) has been accepted after all.
