Currently hanging on my keyring is; old red Fenix L0D, small peanut lighter and white scaled Vic Rambler.  Oh, and some keys of course. ;)

Only one tool on mine, the Leatherman #4.

(LOVE that lighter mod video - but it really shows of the Squirt too!)

You guys are lucky. I remove my Victronox from my key chain because of stroke now I lack of strength to open it up.

I've updated mine after making a custom blood type/toothpick holder, well imitation of the one popular one that's been going around, but the only black one they have is with white lettering, and it doesn't match my black and red EDC carry pack, and well it isn't a toothpick holder, at least that I know of. JR

Here's the keys,

Here's the keychain, and the inside where you can see it carries the toothpicks, it also fits on molle like the other with the Velcro. The one above the Wegner was my first attempt.

Here's my car keys with a NEW metal version of my DIY, key chain size razor blade knife:
(Image removed from quote.)
This version is locked from accidental deployment while attached with the McGizmo-style quick release clip. It can slice through seatbelts, in an emergency, and is easy to keep perpetually razor-sharp.

This is just the basic version but I'm working on deluxe configurations too, like: jacket zipper pull, glow fob, reflector, etc.
Here's the deluxe version's prototype, Mack 3, which is locked not just from accidental deployment, but also from the outer sleeve coming off the front:

If the embedded version above doesn't work for some reason, the Youtube video to search for is titled:
Zipper Pull/ID Tag Razor Knife: Mack 3

Yes its a sharpener I made from a landsky sharpening stone

-Cut the plastic off with a hack saw and snapped the ceramic stone with a hammer
-straightened it as best I could with a diamond stone
-Took a piece of an old hack saw blade and dulled it with a diamond stone
-Bent it with a screw driver, and used epoxy to join it to a split ring to make the keychain tool

Nice, does it have a reg bit too? It looked like one that locks, where you have to pull back to release the bit, but anything with a knurled surface rocks! JR
