Well, i just love my Surge. Great hand filler with good set of tools. And great size knife blade.Second comes Fuse. Nice lightweight tool packed with most used tools inside. Comfortable to use.

Don't think I actually posted an answer to the OPs question, I know when does that ever happen here?For me it is a very close three way race between the Surge, Wave and Rebar.In the end though the Wave wins out based on weight vs the Surge and with the sweet outside tools vs the Rebar. Of course it has to be upgraded with the Rebars plier head but messing around with your tool is half the fun.
