For those who haven't had the pleasure of handling a Seb yet, it truly is an amazing knife.  Both myself and Ryan (Roadie) where drooling over it when we got chance of handling Duncs previous one at the meet as the lock up was amazing and the opening was so smooth it made me want to weep!  :D

On sunday me and my uncle went to clean out the landys after the Cheviot challenge anyway we both signed out of Police HQ,ponteland and were 100 yards up the road when the team leader (my Unc)got a call to a man who had fallen 50 plus ft down a ravine. Here the callout reports on the web-site.

32 24 August Two incidents occurred today, within quick succession. The ambulance service asked, through Northumbria Police, for the Team's assistance. Whilst setting up targets for a local archery club a male member fell down a ravine, sustaining suspected fractured ribs. Together with the Fire and Rescue service and ambulance crew, Team members extracted the casualty from the ravine to an awaiting air ambulance.

33 24 August  Following the above incident, the ambulance service requested the Team's assistance in evacuating, by stretcher, a female walker. Whilst participating in an organised walk, the lady tripped into a rabbit hole, sustaining a suspected fractured ankle. Team members evacuated the person some distance to an awaiting ambulance.

On the way back to HQ we had the second call i was driving the lead land rover and Jeff was driving the other one with the Ops trailer on.It was hell driving down the A1 on a blue run on a Bank holiday weekend.Plus when we arrived there was no way to get the landrover near her so we had to carry her 3/4 mile back to the Ambulance. >:(

Where are these made?  I remember reading Reeve was from South Africa, but did he move his operation here to the states?

Great looking knife there Dunc...It's a great looking knife that isn't overly complicated...nice smooth lines and sinple design.  We need to see it after a while at sea...I've never seen a used looking Sebenza..maybe everyone cleans them up immediately after use though, I know I would!

While Chris Reeve is indeed South African he is based in America where the knives are made .
Its going out to sea soon so we'll see how it holds up . But it will be kept washed and clean though .

Address:Chris Reeve,11624 W. President Dr.,Boise ID. 83713,Ph.# 208-375-0367

I have the Sm Sebenza, great for EDC when I'm carrying my Vic.Spirit W/butterknife blade.

Trying to wear it out,so far just a couple sm scratch's on the blade, love the feel of the titanium handles.

Nice video Dunk, just remember DO NOT use any type anti-seize on the treads. :salute:
